> The Holy Bible is the infallible Word of God. It was written by men, inspired by the Holy Spirit.
> The Holy Trinity: God the Father, Jesus, His Son, and the Holy Spirit are 3-in-1.
> All men are born in sin because of Adam’s sin, and are unable to communicate w/ a Holy God of their own accord.
> Jesus is and always was the mediator to take care of that lost communication: He is the Word of God made flesh. He chose to step out of Heaven to take the form of a man. He was miraculously conceived by the Holy Spirit and was born of a virgin: Mary. He was 100% God, 100% Man. He lived a sinless life and had an earthly ministry that included teaching, healing, praying, and the raising of the dead. When He was about 33 years old, He was crucified, having committed no crime, yet allowing Himself to be made a sacrifice. Upon the cross, “…He became sin for us…”: God placed on Him all the sins of the world: past, present and future; “…and was pleased…”. As God cannot look on sin, He had to turn away from His Son and for the first and last time, Jesus was no longer in the presence of His Father. He experienced Hell for us: separation from God the Father. He died after only 6 hours. In this, He became the Perfect and only complete Sacrifice for our sins. And, in this, He defeated forever Death and Hell. On the third day, He arose from the grave and app. 40 days later ascended into Heaven, with the keys to Death and Hell, where He sits at the right Hand of the Father, forever interceding for His children.
> The ONLY way for an individual to begin communication w/ God: the ONLY road to Heaven is through God’s Plan of salvation. You must realize that you are a sinner, REPENT (turn away from) of your sin, and turn to Jesus. ACCEPT His sacrifice for you on the cross. Give Him your life. Ask Him to be your LORD and SAVIOR. And He will!
> At the time of salvation, you receive the Holy Spirit as a guide, comforter, teacher, companion…. And, you will receive all of Him… at once.
> The next step is water baptism (emersion)… as Jesus did, in obedience to the Father, as a sign of acceptance and testimony to the world.
> “Forsake not the assembling of yourselves together…” - Membership and active ministry in a local church.
> Every Christian is called to evangelize! The Great Commission in Matthew 28 is to each of us! Jesus said, “If you are ashamed of me before men, I will be ashamed of you before my Father in Heaven!”
> Since we each have the Holy Spirit, we are each given Spiritual Gifts: Evangelism, Teaching, Prophecy, etc… These are given to us, and developed throughout our Walk on Earth, to minister to each other, and to bring the Gospel to a lost and dying world.
We are no more than a group of believers, joined together to Glorify the Son, Jesus Christ. We believe that we are not together of our own accord, but, through the Sanctification of God. He has formed this group to minister to other believers and to bring the Gospel to the lost.
